Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD Property Tax Rate (2026)
EMS ISD adopted a 2026 rate of $1.2857 per $100, which included a tax rate increase on the Nov. 3, 2026 ballot. If voters turned it down, the rate falls to the $1.2797 maximum allowed without an election, so check the district's site for the result. These combined rates use $1.2857 and add the city, Tarrant County ($0.186), JPS ($0.159) and Tarrant County College ($0.12):
| Address | City rate | Combined rate per $100 |
|---|---|---|
| Fort Worth (adds the $0.0273 water district) | $0.705650 | about $2.48 |
| Saginaw | $0.586649 | about $2.34 |
| Blue Mound | $0.723460 | about $2.47 |
Example: a $330,000 home in Fort Worth owes about $8,200 a year before exemptions. The $140,000 school homestead exemption alone takes about $1,800 off that. Some new communities add a PID assessment, so ask before you compare two homes. My Fort Worth property tax guide explains exemptions and protests.

| Tarrant Regional Water District | $400,000 | 0.027300 | $109 |
Without a homestead exemption, this home would owe about $9,935, so the exemption saves about $2,647 a year.
Includes a tax rate increase that was on the Nov. 3, 2026 ballot. If voters rejected it, the rate is $1.2797.
Estimate only. It includes the state school homestead exemption ($140,000, plus $60,000 for owners 65+ or disabled) and the city and county homestead exemptions published by the appraisal districts. Any local exemption not shown in the table's taxable values isn't included, so your bill may be a little lower. It doesn't include the over-65 school tax ceiling. Check your appraisal district record for your actual taxing units and exemptions.
