What I Tell Buyers Looking in Grapevine-Colleyville ISD

    1. Confirm the district by address. Grapevine, Colleyville and Euless are each split with other districts.
    2. Be ready to move. Well-priced homes often sell in the first week, so get pre-approved and line up your inspector first.
    3. Compare Grapevine and north Euless. North Euless homes in GCISD sold for $180,000 less than Grapevine-address homes.
    4. Look at the age of the big systems. Most homes here were built in the 1980s and 1990s, so roofs, HVAC and water heaters may be due.

Fair housing note: this page reports facts about attendance zones, prices and tax rates. It doesn't rank schools or neighborhoods. For school performance, use the state's ratings on txschools.gov and visit the campuses yourself.
